An Aerial Drone Survey uses high-resolution aerial imagery to inspect areas of a property that may be difficult or unsafe to access from ground level. It can help identify defects, deterioration and maintenance issues to roofs, elevations, chimneys and other external elements.

Our Aerial Drone Survey is conducted by a RICS Chartered Surveyor who is also a CAA Licensed Drone Operator. The surveyor will undertake a thorough inspection of all external elements of the property. The surveyor will use the latest drone technology to inspect even the hardest to reach areas.
A report will then be written up which will provide a detailed overview of all elements of the property with an overall rating given.
You can expect to receive your report after 5 working days from the date of the survey (excluding the date of the survey).
